Common Problems
- Was in LFR and people left before rolling on an item and it never got awarded
- It was never given out and I rolled on it, can I get the item?
If you believe you should have received an item but did not, ensure that:
- You did not leave the instance prior to rolling
- You have checked your mailbox for the item
- You did not already win a copy of the same item
- You did not tie for the highest roll
If you have encountered a bug, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Other players rolls may not display in your chat interface if you or they left the instance prior to the roll completing.
