I reached renown 23 with the Dragonscale Expedition and unlocked all other Waygates across the Dragon Isles, but I'm not offered the quest for Waygate: VakthrosWhile unlocking a Dragonflight Expedition waygate allows all eligible characters on the account to use that waygate, unlocking waygates in the Dragon Isles requires both obtaining the prerequisite Dragonflight Expedition renown and completion of the initial questline on the same character. If you completed the initial questline on a different character, you will have to do it again on the additional character to receive the additional quest.
