Horde Slayer and Alliance Slayer Title Missing After Achievement

I have [Horde Slayer] but no title from it

The Horde Slayer and Alliance Slayer titles are faction specific. If the character who earned this achievement changes faction, their achievement will update to show their new faction but the title will remain only available for the original faction and not convert. The quest will need to be completed again for the new faction to receive the new faction's title.
