Common Problems
- I did not receive a charge to use the Catalyst.
- The Catalyst shows no charges available, but I haven't used it this week.
- I haven't received my Essence of Kaja'mite this week.
The Matrix Catalyst receives a charge every other week. In TWW Season 2, the first charge of Essence of Kaja'mite was granted at the start of the season, which means a second charge will become available on the 18th (US) / 19th (EU) of March. A new charge will then become available every second week after reset.
An additional charge can be earned in Season 2 by completing the Season 2: Master Blaster achievement, which grants Crystallized Essence of Kaja'mite. This item can be used to earn an additional Essence of Kaja'mite to power the Catalyst with at any time.
