Common Problems
- Slayer's Trove says it provides 6 Gems, but I only got one
- I bought the Executioner's Trove, which should have given me 7 gems, but I only got two
- The Masterwork Gem Random Chest only gave me one gem after I chose the six I was supposed to
Masterwork Gem Chests in Diablo Immortal, included in many Trove bundles, provide one gem each.
Masterwork Gem Selection Chests allow you to pick the specific gem you get. Masterwork Gem Random Chests, however, ask you to select six gems from a list of about 12 possible gems, which narrows down the random gem you get to one of these six that you selected. The description for the chest reads as follows:
When used, select six 5-Star Legendary Gems (Quality 2). One of the six gems will be randomly obtained.
With both types of chests, it's intended that you only receive one gem per chest.
