Reaching Renown 12 With Loamm Niffen Changes Currency Used for Ponzo Vendor
Common Problems
- I reached Renown 12 and am not unable to purchase items with Barter Brick
- There's a 3:1 conversion rate from Barter Bricks to Barter Boulders and items are more expensive now.
When you Reach Renown 12 with the Loamm Niffen, your character will unlock Loamm Bartering Bettered. This Renown reward allows you to find and use Barter Boulders to purchase items from Ponzo, replacing Barter Bricks as a currency for those items.
For it to be replaced, it is also important to finish the quest Bartering Boulders which is being offered by Newsy which will spawn next to you outside of Loamm.
Any Barter Bricks you have left over in your inventory can be converted to Boulders with Ponzo. The conversion rate is 3 Barter Bricks for 1 Barter Boulder.
