If you experience crashes, black screens, or performance problems while playing Diablo II: Resurrected on Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo, follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you're having connection issues, check our connection troubleshooting article. Otherwise, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.
- Restart your console
- Power cycle your console by turning it off and physically unplugging it for 30 seconds
- Uninstall Diablo IV, restart your console, and then reinstall
