Common Problems
- My gift is missing. I've accepted a gift and now it's gone.
- Purchases are unavailable in my country, so I asked someone to buy a game for me, but they revoked the purchase.
Sometimes players may receive or purchase keycodes which get revoked after being claimed on their accounts. This type of transaction is not supported by Blizzard Entertainment: please don't share your account with anyone, and refrain from purchasing Shop items from unauthorized third parties.
If the gift received from your Battle.net friend is no longer available, please contact your friend to confirm the status of their gift purchase.
Customer Support will not recover missing gifts if the original purchase had been cancelled, and won't provide compensation for gift codes purchased outside of Battle.net Shop.
