Hardcore realms are listed inside the appropriate realm tabs, such as Classic Era and Anniversary.
Once you have Classic World of Warcraft installed and running, click Change Realm and then, at the bottom of the screen, select the tab of the type of Classic you want to play. In the ream list, under Type, look for Hardcore.
