Can't Claim Ana's Cybermedic Skin from Samsung Member Promotion

The Cybermedic Ana skin was introduced in 2021's Anniversary event and was awarded as part of the week 1 challenge. It has been reintroduced in a new promotion through Samsung Members rewards. If you are a member, to claim the skin, follow these steps:

  1. Install, open, and sign in to the Samsung Members app
  2. Find the Overwatch 2 Ana Cybermedic skin promotion
  3. Click on View Voucher to see the code
  4. Copy the code and go to the Battle.net settings page
  5. Enter the code in the text box under Redeem a Code
If completed correctly, your skin will be available in Overwatch 2 the next time you log in.

If you receive an error, make sure that you do not already own this skin. If you do, you should be able to give the code to someone else to claim on their account.

If you do not own the skin, you may be typing the code in incorrectly. Make sure that you are entering the code exactly as you see it on your voucher.
