Killed the boss while Shadowbound but did not get quest progressCompletion of this quest requires that the quest item is used on the required bosses and that you must have the Shadowbound debuff, shared with the boss, when the boss is killed. Customer Support can't verify that a buff is active at a specific time, so we can't assist with completing this quest.
While there was a bug with this mechanic, our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. It is working properly now.
