Common Problems
- I should be able to access the expansion content, but I can't start the campaign.
- I can't start or find the quest "The War Within".
Your account must be upgraded to The War Within to gain access to the expansion content. Additionally, you must complete the quest line starting with the quest "The War Within"(Alliance)/(Horde). If you don't receive this quest after upgrading to the expansion, you can try relogging to have the game push the quest to your character.
If you don't receive the quest after relogging, you can try manually starting the follow-up quest A Poor Reception in Silithus.
Once you have completed all of the necessary quest chains, you will have access to a portal in Stormwind or Orgrimmar that will allow you return to Dornogal. If you don't see the portal after completing them, please submit a Bug Report.
