I lost power and wasn't able to get back in the game. My personal rating went down.Customer Support will not remove any penalty related to leaving Rated Battleground or Battleground Blitz, even involuntarily.
To resolve issues that may cause penalties, use any of the following troubleshooting that may apply to you:
- If you experienced crashes, follow our troubleshooting for World of Warcraft Lockups and Crash Errors
- If you experience disconnections, follow our troubleshooting for World of Warcraft Disconnection Problems
- If you believe the problem you encountered is a bug, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
