Items purchased using Brewfest Prize Tokens are non-refundable. To prevent mistakes, whenever an action removes the refund timer, the game will pop-up a confirmation message that you need to acknowledge and accept. For example, when you equip, enchant, upgrade, or transmog the item. Note that if there is no refund timer, a confirmation window will appear when purchasing to give you time to consider your purchase.
Customer Support cannot reverse unwanted purchases on your behalf.
