I'm trying to add a socket to my Tier helm, but the game isn't letting me do it.The Nerubian Gemweaver cannot be used on Timewalking raid and dungeon items obtained below level 80. This is working as intended.
Our developers have fixed an issue which resulted in the Nerubian Gemweaver not working on Timewalking raid and dungeon items obtained at level 80. However, this fix may not be retroactive. Customer Support is unable to assist players affected by this issue.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
