Missing NPCs and other Players at the 20th Anniversary Event in Tanaris

We have received several reports of this issue and are currently investigating it.

Initial investigations point to a possible conflict with the Tailoring questline from Battle for Azeroth: Tailoring Tools of the Trade Questline and the Infinite Dragonflight
Parts of this questline take place in the Caverns of Time, directly under the 20th Anniversary Event.

If you have Tailoring on your character and as you approach the Celebration area you notice NPCs and other players disappear, please check to see if you have started but not finished the Tools of the Trade questline. Finishing that questline will return the area to normal.
