Challenge Mode Transmog Items Missing

Challenge mode was available in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor under slightly different conditions.

Mists of Pandaria

If an individual character completed Challenge Conqueror: Gold but does not have the appearances, that character can purchase the armor that they earned from the appropriate NPC below:

• Alliance: Challenger Soong in Vale of Eternal Blossoms
• Horde: Challenger Wuli in Vale of Eternal Blossoms

Once the appearances are learned, all characters that are the same class as the character who originally earned the achievement will be able to access the appearances.

Warlords of Draenor

If an individual character completed Challenge Warlord: Gold but does not have the appearances granted by Arsenal: Draenor Challenger's Armaments, that character can purchase the item from the following vendors:

• Alliance: Challenger Savina in Stormshield
• Horde: Challenger Sunforge in Warspear

Once that character has earned the achievement, all characters on the account should be able to gain access to the appearances.

If you do not have these appearances and do not have access to the original character for any reason, you will not be able to purchase or learn these appearances. Customer Support does not unlock access to these vendors or provide appearances for achievements.
