Common Problems
- The PVP vendor doesn't offer me the option to buy the Enchanter's Illusion
Only the character that has earned a Hero of the Horde/Alliance or Duelist achievement for the corresponding season can unlock these Illusions. The required achievements are now Feats of Strength and are not account-wide so alternate characters cannot purchase these Illusions. Only the character that you earned the achievement on.
- Enchanter’s Illusion - Glorious Tyranny is sold by Shonn Su (Horde) and Starlight Sinclair (Alliance). Your character must have "Duelist: Season 14", "Duelist: Season 15", "Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Grievous", or "Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Prideful" to buy this Illusion.
- Enchanter’s Illusion - Primal Victory is sold by Malukah Lightsong (Horde) and Holly McTilla (Alliance). Your character must have "Duelist: Warlords Season 1", "Duelist: Warlords Season 2", "Duelist: Warlords Season 3", "Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Primal", "Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Wild", "Hero of the Horde/Alliance: Warmongering" to buy this Illusion.
Customer Support cannot restore Enchanter's Illusions.
