- I was questing for Frenzyheart, why do I have to help the Oracles?
As you're questing through Sholazar Basin, you'll be introduced to the Frenzyheart and Oracles factions. Before you can unlock the dailies for each faction, you must complete A Hero's Burden. This will first unlock quest for the Frenzyheart and then later for the Oracles. Because this quest is older, you may need to take more time killing the boss associated with the quest. For high level characters, this may mean unequipping some gear or items to make your character less powerful for the fight.
Since these two factions are opposed, helping the Oracles will naturally upset the Frenzyheart and you'll lose your reputation with them. However, there will be a way to repair your standing later as you complete additional quests and unlock dailies.
