- I am not receiving Shards of Domination
- I didn't receive my Shard of Domination after defeating Sylvanas
Shard of Domination drops are not guaranteed except when defeating Sylvanas, who is guaranteed to drop one shard per week as long as you do not already have all 9 shards in your inventory or gear.
For all other bosses in Sanctum of Domination, you may earn one Shard of Domination per week per boss across all difficulties. If you earn a shard from a boss in one difficulty, defeating that same boss on another difficulty in the same week will not drop an additional shard.
You can only have one of each shard, 9 in total.
