- A friend gifted me a Shadowlands code but I cannot claim it
- I purchased the Collector's Edition of Shadowlands but when I try to claim it I get an error
Shadowlands has been merged into the base game with the 10.0 pre-patch. Unused Shadowlands codes can no longer be claimed and no longer grant a character boost. If you have an unused Shadowlands code contact your point of sale for a refund or exchange.
Customer Support will not grant character boosts.
