We have received several reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

As we continue to address the issue, the following troubleshooting steps have proven helpful for numerous players:

  1. Clear the cache of your Battle.net app and restart your computer.
  2. Sign in to a different region on your Battle.net app (for example, Americas or Asia, if you're currently playing in Europe, or vice versa).
  3. Update your password and attempt to log in again.

If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
