- I bought something for my friend but put in the wrong email.
- I used the wrong BattleTag when I sent a gift
- My friend already owns the gift I purchased for them
- I meant to purchase a gift for my friend but purchased it for my own accoun
I gifted through email
If you entered the wrong email address when buying a gift for a friend, don't worry. You have received a copy of your gift code. You can find the copy of your gift code in your Order History. Send the code to your friend.
I gifted through BattleTag
If you chose the wrong BattleTag when buying a gift, you can request a refund for your order.
Code already claimed
If the code was claimed by the unintended recipient, we will be unable to assist unless the recipient contacts us for a refund.
