This error may occur when there is a server problem, if you have more than the maximum number of game accounts for a Battle.net account, or when there is a configuration issue with your Parental Controls.

• If you have an unwanted Starter Edition on your Battle.net account, contact us to have it removed.
• Check your Parental Controls dashboard to make sure that your time zone and playtime limits are set correctly. If everything appears correct and you continue to see this error, contact us for assistance.
