Common Problems
- Getting an Internal Mail Error when picking up mail
- Game will not allow me to get items out of the mail
This error is common if using interface addons that interact with the mail or inventory system, and usually happens if the game server isn't able to update your notification chat messages fast enough to show everything taken from the mailbox.
If you have persistent issues with this error message, please reset your interface. If you are using an automated addon updated, you may need to disable or uninstall it before performing the reset.
