Common Problems

  • Paid with credit card, didn't receive my product
  • Received a mail that my payment failed, but I can see you took the money
  • My bank statement shows I paid the subscription, but my WoW account is still inactive

If you see a charge on your card statement and you didn't receive the product, this usually means that your payment hasn't gone through yet and your statement is showing you the pre-authorization hold. Pre-authorization holds are a common banking practice.

Your bank should release the funds within an hour, but can sometimes take up 72 hours, depending on your bank. Please contact your bank for more information. Blizzard Customer Support cannot release pre-authorization holds.
