Common Problems
- Doors did not open after we killed the boss
- The teleport isn't working so we can't get to the last boss
If you get stuck in an instance, try resetting it:
- Have everyone in the group exit the instance
- Have the group leader right-click their portrait and select "Reset All Instances"
If the issue persists, have everyone in the group stay outside the instance for at least 30 minutes for a "soft reset" and then check again.
If this did not resolve the issue, you may need to wait for the daily dungeon or weekly raid reset before trying again.
