Common Problems
- I socketed the wrong gem into my weapon.
- I put my gem into the wrong armor piece.
- I overwrote the wrong gem by mistake.
Once you place a gem into a socket, this cannot be undone. There is a pop-up window in the game that warns you that the action is irreversible before completing the socket.
Customer Support cannot remove gems from sockets, nor restore the gem that was previously in the socket.
