I completed the Necrolord covenant campaign, but Bonesmith Heirmir was not unlocked
Bonesmith Heirmir is the third Necrolord soulbind and becomes available after your character has earned 22 renown with the Necrolord Covenant. When that requirement is met, Bonesmith Heirmir will offer the quest Forging a Friendship. Completing that quest will grant the Bonesmith as a soulbind option.
