To be able to see Bonesmith Heirmir in Korthia, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Gain at least 44 Renown with your covenant
- Complete 9/9 chapters of your covenant campaign
- Complete the first four chapters of the Chains of Domination campaign, concluding with the quest The Primus Returns
