Did Not Receive Boss Drops for Quest - Trial of the Naaru: Strength
Common Problems
- Warlord Kalithresh did not drop the Kalithresh's Trident for the Trial of the Naaru: Strength quest
- Heroic Murmur did not drop Murmur's Essence
There are no verified bugs with this quest. If you didn't receive the Murmur's Essence or Kalithresh's Trident it will be for one or more of the following reasons:
- You already have the item, please check your bank
- You didn't have the quest on your quest log
- You completed the encounters on normal difficulty. Murmur and Kalithresh must die in Heroic difficulty
- You didn't participate in the kill, you were too far or outside the instance and didn't qualify for loot
- You left the instance without looting the boss. Quest items must be picked up from the boss manually. If your inventory is full, you must make space to collect the quest item
- The dungeon party was converted to a raid group by the group leader
Customer Support cannot help with granting the item. Please kill the boss again.
