Web Chat doesn't work when I try to use it

Live Web Chat may not work properly if your browser is configured incorrectly. If you run into issues, try the following troubleshooting steps.

Note: We will not receive your submission if you close a Live Web Chat before you speak to a Game Master.

You must allow pop-ups for chat to work. For instructions, visit the support page for your browser: (Chrome) (Firefox) (Internet Explorer) (Safari).
Disable browser add-ons or settings that block JavaScript.
When you view pages on the internet, your browser caches them for faster reloading times. If the previous steps didn't work, delete your cache and try again: (Chrome) (Firefox) (Internet Explorer) (Safari).
Try another browser. Live Web Chat supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
