Unable to Purchase Cosmic Gladiator's Trinket from Zo'sorg

I am talking to Zo'sorg and the item isn't on the list
There are 5 Cosmic Gladiator's trinkets available. These can only be purchased from Zo'sorg after previously obtaining them as a reward from the quest "A New Deal". These trinkets are:
Cosmic Gladiator's Fastidious Resolve
Cosmic Gladiator's Echoing Resolve
Cosmic Gladiator's Resonator
Cosmic Gladiator's Eternal Aegis
Cosmic Gladiator's Devouring Malediction
Customer Support can not help with exchanging quest rewards.
If you picked the wrong trinket you will get another chance to select it the next time you complete the quest.
