Legendary and Origin Skins are Locked after Overwatch Patch
Common Problems
- I just logged in after updating my Overwatch client and the Origins/Legendary skins are all locked
- I can't use the skins from my Origins/Legendary edition purchase
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Please log out of Overwatch and back in again to gain access to your skins.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug Report. Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
