Common Problems
- I can't unfreeze an item in the Trading Post.
- I purchased my frozen item from last month, but it still in the "frozen" slot.
- I can't freeze new item in Trading Post to replace the previous one.
To unfreeze an item in the Trading Post, drag and drop a new item on top of it. It is not possible to unfreeze an item in any other way, you can only replace it with a new item. Even when you buy an item from the "frozen" slot, the item will still be displayed as frozen until you replace it with another one.
If you discover an issue with freezing or unfreezing an item in the Trading Post, please submit a Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
