Unable to Authenticate After Security Code Sent to Email
- The email authentication code doesn't work
- Error: "We couldn't verify you with the security code provided"
- Error: "We can't authenticate you right now. Please try again later."
If you are receiving a security code but entering it does not allow you to log in to your account, try the following:
- Make sure you enter the code correctly
- If you requested multiple password resets, make sure you enter the last code you received. Previous codes expire, only the last one works
- If the website seems unresponsive, clear your cache and cookies and try again, or try a different browser
