Common Problems
- Gift email has not arrived yet
- Bought a gift to a friend in the Battle.net Shop but did not receive it yet
Gifts purchased in the Battle.net Shop are sent once the payment is processed and the order status is Complete. This can take up to 24 hours.
If your friend is not receiving an email, check that you sent the gift to the correct address or ask your friend to correctly set up the filters of the email provider.
