Common Problems
- I got disconnected and could not loot the chest
- Finished a Mythic+ and could not loot. My party members were able to loot just fine
If you can see the Mythic+ cache that spawns at the end of the run once the final boss has been killed, but you cannot interact with it to get loot, you may have not engaged the final boss with your party. You may have disconnected, or died and released spirit. Participation in the last boss fight is required to loot the chest. Customer Support does not provide loot from the chest.
