You can change your country on your Blizzard account by contacting Customer Support. Submit a legible image of your current government-issued photo ID with your new address and country. If your ID does not show your new address and country, you can submit your current government-issued photo ID and a copy of your most recent utility bill with your name and new address.
Note: Your Blizzard Balance must be less than 20 EUR/GBP to qualify for a country change. Active Blizzard Balance may be lost and reset to zero after changing countries. Customer Support can't convert Blizzard Balance from one country's denomination to another.
