To add a phone number, your phone number must belong to the same country registered in your Blizzard Account Details. When you add your phone number, the country code field is pre-populated based on the registered country of residence. This field can't be edited.

If you have the wrong country registered on your Blizzard account and your phone's country code doesn't match, update your registered country and try again. 

If you have the correct country registered on your Blizzard account and you still can't add the phone number, log out from your account, clear the cache and cookies in your browser, and try again.
