Play Button Is Grayed Out

The Play button will be grey if:

• The game is on maintenance
• The app is downloading a game update. Wait until the download is complete
• Your Battle.net app requires an update. Close the app and restart it
• You don't own the game. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Blizzard account

If none of the above helps, try:

• Delete the Battle.net files
• Change your Battle.net account password
• Uninstall and reinstall the Battle.net App. This action will not uninstall any of your games
