Common Problems
I receive the error: "You already have an active character with that name. You can't restore this character at this time."The character undelete function will fail if the deleted character's name is taken by an active character. There are two options to work around this issue:
- Rename the active character that has the desired name
- Delete the active character that has the desired name
After the deleted character's name is no longer in use, you will be able to undelete the character like normal.
