Common Problems
- Sent the money manually via a direct bank transfer to reimburse a chargeback
- Set up a standing order to Blizzard for the payment of the subscription
- Cancelled a dispute and asked the bank to repay a chargeback by sending the money back
All payments to Blizzard must be initiated on the website, either in the Battle.net Shop or through the Account Management page.
If you have already initiated a manual payment directly to Blizzard, please contact customer support, and we will do our best to assist you.
