Paid with Boleto, Didn't Receive the Product

Common Problems

  • Ran out of game-time while my boleto payment is processing
  • Deposited the money several days ago, and have not yet received the email from PayU or the product

PayU may take up to five business days to approve and process a boleto payment. If more than five days have passed since you placed your order in the Blizzard Shop, contact us and include a clear scan or photo of your boleto and receipt attached to your ticket. 

Note: Make sure the verification code on your receipt matches the barcode on your boleto. If it does not match, you must contact the bank or retailer where the boleto was paid.
