Vendor Rendle in Zerith Mortis Has No Memories to Sell

I can't see any memories when I open Rendle's menuRendle is a legendary Shadowlands memory dealer in Zerith Mortis. He offers memories which were originally only available as drops in Castle Nathria. He sells these Castle Nathria specific memories for a variety of different currencies.
If your character has already obtained and learned the memories that were dropped in Castle Nathria for their class, Rendle will not offer any options for items to purchase. This is intended, as you can't learn the same memory more than once.
