Common Problems
- I forgot the password but I chose a secret question
- I lost the verification mail sent when creating the account
- Error: "This Battle.net account is not eligible for Account Recovery"
Blizzard accounts will show as Trial accounts if you have not yet verified the email on the account.
If you do not have access to the email set for the account, please contact Support with a new email you would like to change the account to which is not currently on any other Blizzard account.
